Ingredients
30 ml
FREE LOVE Dry Gin de France
15 ml
Lemon juice
1o ml
Sugar syrup
60 ml
Sparkling wine
Ice cube
Instructions
Put the lemon juice into the shaker, add the sugar syrup and gin. Then add ice cubes into the glass and shake it up. Pour the mixture through a strainer into the chilled flute glass. Top up the sparkling wine and stir gently with a dessert spoon. Decorate the glass with a lemon zest.
